Nonwinning Cherry Twist Progressive Instaplay tickets purchased on or after June 20, 2021, are eligible for entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.

Brett Young Concert Prize Packages
What's included in the Brett Young Concert Package?
Twenty winners each will receive a Brett Young concert package valued at more than $750 that includes:
- 2 VIP concert tickets to the Nov. 5 Brett Young concert, including a 2-song pre-show performance, at Cedar Rapids' Alliant Energy PowerHouse
- Room on Nov. 5 at DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids
- $150 spending cash
- Clear tote bag, T-shirts and merchandise (all of the above is $713 value)
- Required state withholding tax paid on behalf of the winner ($37.53 value)
How do I receive the concert tickets if I win a concert ticket package?
You'll receive your tickets when you claim your prize in person at Lottery headquarters; or after your claim documents have been processed, your tickets will be shipped via UPS.
Is there a cash option for the concert ticket prize packages in the promotion?
No, the winners of Brett Young concert ticket prize packages may not elect to take cash instead of the prize.
Are concert ticket prize packages transferrable?
Concert ticket package prizes will be awarded to the winners as drawn and posted on the Iowa Lottery website. Valid ID is required to claim a prize package.
