Which tickets are eligible to be entered in the promotion?
Lucky for Life® tickets purchased on or after May 30, 2021, are eligible for entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Does my Lucky for Life ticket have to be nonwinning to be entered in the promotion?
No, you may enter winning or nonwinning Lucky for Life tickets. But be sure to keep any winning ticket you enter until you have checked it for each drawing it is eligible for to see if you have won other prizes.
Justin Moore Concert Prize Packages
What's included in the Justin Moore Concert Package?
Twenty winners each will receive a Stir Cove Justin Moore concert package valued at $763.16 that includes:
- 2 VIP concert tickets to the Sept. 11 Justin Moore concert at Stir Cove in Council Bluffs
- Room on Sept. 11 at Harrah's Council Bluffs
- $100 food credit
- Clear tote bag, T-shirts and merchandise (all of the above is $725 value)
- Required state withholding tax paid on behalf of the winner ($38.16 value)
How do I make the hotel reservations if I win a concert ticket package?
You'll receive a certificate for your hotel room with a code you need to give to the hotel to make the reservation. You will be responsible for supplying a
valid credit card upon hotel check-in. NOTE: Hotel rooms are double occupancy.
How do I receive the concert tickets if I win a concert ticket package?
You'll receive your tickets when you claim your prize in person at Lottery headquarters; or after your claim documents have been processed, your tickets
will be shipped via UPS.
Is there a cash option for the concert ticket prize packages in the promotion?
No, the winners of Justin Moore concert ticket prize packages may not elect to take cash instead of the prize.
Are concert ticket prize packages transferrable?
Concert ticket package prizes will be awarded to the winners as drawn and posted on the Iowa Lottery website. Valid ID is required to claim a prize package.
