Eligible Tickets and Entry
Which tickets are eligible for the promotion and when can they be entered?
Only nonwinning Money Madness and Triple Tripler scratch tickets are eligible for entry beginning at 10 a.m. on Jan. 4 through 9:59 a.m. on Feb. 28, 2023.
How do I select the prize I want to win?
When you enter your nonwinning Money Madness or Triple Tripler ticket, you will be required to choose which prize you want to enter
for from a list on the page, and you can enter to win different prizes with each ticket. The men's national college basketball
tournament tickets package is for games held in Des Moines, Iowa and the Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Los Angeles Lakers NBA
basketball tickets package will be hosted in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Can I enter winning Money Madness or Triple Tripler tickets in the promotion?
No, only nonwinning tickets are eligible to be entered.
Can I enter tickets from any other scratch games in the promotion?
Tickets in any games other than Money Madness or Triple Tripler are ineligible.
Do I need to keep my scratch ticket after I enter it?
No, once you have successfully entered your ticket, you do not need to keep your ticket to be eligible to win in the promotion.

What's included in the Suite Seats VIP basketball ticket prize packages?
For the men's national college basketball tournament in Des Moines:
48 winners will score a pair of tickets in an exclusive Lottery suite for the national college
basketball tournament games in Des Moines at Wells Fargo Arena on Thursday, March 16 or Saturday, March 18, 2023. Winners also get:
- food and non-alcoholic beverages
- $500 spending cash and merchandise
- parking pass
- required state taxes paid
- each package valued at $1,640.61
For the Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Los Angeles Lakers game in Minneapolis:
10 winners will score a pair of tickets in an exclusive Lottery suite for the Minnesota Timberwolves vs.
Los Angeles Lakers NBA game in Minneapolis at the Target Center on Friday, March 31, 2023. Winners also get:
- one night at the Loews Minneapolis Hotel (double occupancy on March 31)
- hotel valet parking
- food and non-alcoholic beverages
- $490 spending cash and merchandise
- required state taxes paid
- each package valued at $1,981.77
Where is the Loews Minneapolis Hotel?
The Loews Minneapolis Hotel is across the street from the Target Center where the Minnesota Timberwolves game will be played. The address is
601 N. 1st Ave., Minneapolis, MN. Valet parking at the hotel is included with the prize and the Target Center can be accessed via skywalk.
Which taxes are paid for the winners?
Required state withholding taxes are paid on the value of the prize package for the winner. The winners are responsible for all other taxes that
may be due or owing.
Is there a cash equivalent for the Suite Seats VIP basketball tickets prizes?
There is no cash equivalent option for any of the basketball tickets packages.
Can I win more than one prize in the promotion?
You can win only one prize package per category drawing. A player could win Suite Seats to each national college basketball tournament session
category they enter and to the NBA game.
Are the VIP basketball ticket packages transferrable?
Ticket packages will be awarded only to the winners as drawn and posted on the Iowa Lottery website. Valid ID is required to claim a ticket prize
package (see the promotion rules for more details).
When do I receive the basketball tickets if I win a ticket prize package?
All game tickets are electronic. After your claim documents have been processed, you will receive an email with additional e-ticket information.
If I am a ticket prize package winner, can I use the tickets for any game?
Ticket packages are good only for the game designated in the promotion rules.

How do I get free Iowa Wolves tickets for the Jan. 29 game?
You must be a member of the FREE VIP Club to be eligible for the free Iowa Wolves tickets to the Jan. 29 game. All game tickets are electronic.
You'll receive an email with a link and promotional code to get the tickets. You must agree to receive our emails to receive the ticket link.

After you complete your registration, you'll receive a welcome email that includes a link to get the free Iowa Wolves tickets for the Jan. 29 game.
