How to Enter
1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member. You must be a member to enter this Play It Again® promotion.
2. The easiest way to enter is to DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google
Play Store or the Apple App Store.
3. SCAN your tickets. After logging in to your VIP Club account, choose the "Enter Drawings" tab and "Concerts Galore" button, use your mobile device’s
camera to enter by scanning the square bar code under where it says SCRATCH 2 CASH.
OR MANUALLY ENTER ON A WEB BROWSER. Choose the "Enter Here"
button on the promotion page, log into your VIP Club account, then click the "Concerts Galore" Promotion image and enter the required
ticket information.
Which tickets are eligible for the promotion?
Nonwinning Bonus Cash Doubler scratch tickets are
eligible for entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
I can't find the 10-digit number I need to enter from the front of my ticket. Can you help?
Scratch off all of the scratch material in the play area toward the bottom of the ticket under where it says WIN UP TO $50,000 box to uncover the
10-digit number needed for manual entry.
My Bonus Cash Doubler scratch ticket is not a winner, but when I try to enter it, I get an error message saying the ticket number is not valid, why is that?
This is a unique scratch ticket and has an additional play area on the back of the ticket. Be sure you check to see if you’ve won a prize on the back. Additionally, if you’ve already entered your Bonus Cash Doubler in another lottery promotion, it cannot be reentered.
What is all included in the prize packages?

Will I get to choose which concert I want to attend?
Yes, players can choose their concert when they enter a ticket. Each nonwinning Bonus Cash Doubler scratch ticket is one entry.
Is it possible to win multiple prize packages?
Yes, if a player enters with multiple tickets into multiple concerts, it would be possible to win more than one concert prize package. But it is
not possible to win multiple prize packages to the same concert. The higher valued prize will be awarded in the instance a player is drawn
multiple times for the same concert.
How do I claim my prize and when is the deadline to claim?
Claim documents can be completed in person at an Iowa Lottery region office or via the Iowa Lottery’s electronic claim process. The claim deadlines
for the Concerts Galore promotion prizes are by 4:00 p.m. on the following dates:
July 16, 2026 for the Cypress Hill, Bailey Zimmerman, and Megan Moroney concerts; July 21, 2026 for the Hardy, Rod Stewart and Red Clay Strays
concerts; August 10, 2026 for the Lainey Wilson, Staind, TLC & Salt-N-Pepa, AJR, Riley Green, Alabama, BigXthaPlug and Josiah Queen concerts.
How do I receive my prize?
Concert tickets will be delivered electronically to your confirmed email, printed fair tickets and any merchandise will be shipped or provided at
the event. These details may vary and will be communicated to winners by event.
Does my guest need to be 21 years of age or older?
No, there is no age restriction for guests.
What is the VIP Spectator Deck at the Iowa State Fair Grandstands?
The VIP Spectator Deck, also called the VIP Deck, is located southwest of the Grandstand stage behind the Standing Room Only (SRO West) section.
It comes with food, water and soda, and four commemorative chairs to take home! There is upper deck seating, as well as air conditioned
in-door seating, and lawn seating. You get to choose where you want to sit or stand as a Lottery VIP! See this map for a full view.
