Which tickets are eligible for the promotion and when can they be entered?
Scratch tickets:
Holiday Gold;
Holiday Bright;
Merry & Bright;
Holiday 10X;
Merry Money;
Peppermint Crossword;
Chillin’ with my Gnomies;
InstaPlay tickets:
ELF;
Reindeer Riches.
Nonwinning holiday scratch or InstaPlay tickets that have not been previously entered into the promotion are eligible for entry. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Do I need to keep my ticket after I enter it?
No, once you enter your ticket, you do not have to keep your ticket to be eligible to win in the promotion.
Can I win multiple prizes?
Each nonwinning scratch or InstaPlay ticket counts as one (1) entry. A player could win one cash prize per drawing date. A player cannot win both a $10,000 prize and a $100,000 prize on the January 8, 2025 drawing.
What are the cash prize amounts and number of winners?
There are fifty (50) prizes of $10,000 and the Grand Prize drawing has five (5) prizes of $100,000.
How are winners notified if they have won?
Results will be posted to the website and mobile app. Winners will be notified by the email that they used for their VIP Club account.
How often can I enter the promotion?
You can make 40 ticket submissions per day. After midnight your account will reset, and you can enter more tickets at that time.
I’m getting an error that my ticket number is not valid. What should I do?
There are a few things we ask people to do when this occurs:
- Be sure the ticket is not a winner. If the ticket is a winner, it will come up as invalid.
- Double-check the numbers you are entering to be sure they are correct and that you have all the boxes filled in./li>
- If you are not sure which numbers to enter, check the “Scratch ticket example”
or “InstaPlay ticket example” link on the “Enter Drawings” page within the VIP Club.
