CLIVE, Iowa — A southwest Iowa man has won a $25,000 lottery prize.
David Spangler of Shenandoah won a top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "X-tra Bingo" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 501 W. Clarinda Ave. in Shenandoah, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
