How to Enter

1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member. You must be a member to enter this Play It Again® promotion.

2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

3. SCAN any eligible nonwinning MONOPOLY scratch or InstaPlay tickets. After logging in to your VIP Club account in the app, and choosing the "Enter Drawings" tab and "MONOPOLY Second Chance" button, you can use a smartphone or tablet to enter by scanning any of the square bar codes on your tickets.

OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER any eligible nonwinning MONOPOLY scratch or InstaPlay tickets in the promotion. Choose the "Enter Here" button above and log into the VIP Club, then click the "MONOPOLY Second Chance” Promotion button to enter the required ticket information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• The eligible tickets are nonwinning $5 MONOPOLY GAMES TOKENS PROGRESSIVE and $10 MONOPOLY FREE PARKING PROGRESSIVE InstaPlay tickets, (purchased on or after March 1, 2026); $1 MONOPOLY DOUBLER, $2 MONOPOLY DOUBLER, $5 MONOPOLY DOUBLER, $10 MONOPOLY DOUBLER, and $20 MONOPOLY DOUBLER scratch tickets.
• Each ticket entered receives one entry in the promotion.
• A player can win only one cash prize. If a player is selected for more than one prize, they will win the higher value prize.
• You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
