CLIVE, Iowa — A central Iowa woman has won a $30,000 lottery prize.
Laurie Chapman of Waukee won a top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "$30,000 Crossword" scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Hy-Vee, 1005 E. Hickman Road in Waukee, and claimed her prize Friday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
