CLIVE, Iowa — An Ottumwa man has won a $50,000 lottery prize on a ticket he purchased in Audubon County.
Javier Tello Ruiz won a top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Lucky Clover Crossword" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 2079 U.S. Highway 71 in Audubon, and claimed his prize Friday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
