CLIVE, Iowa — A southwest Iowa woman has won a $30,000 lottery prize.
Denise Leach of Tabor won a top prize in the Iowa Lottery's “Red Hot 7s” scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 605 S. Fremont St. in Shenandoah, and claimed her prize Wednesday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
