CLIVE, Iowa — A northeast Iowa man has won a $500,000 lottery prize.
Joseph Schuler of Jesup won the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "500X" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Kwik Star, 841 South St. in Jesup, and claimed his prize Friday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
