CLIVE, Iowa — An Ottumwa woman has won a $250,000 lottery prize.
Eunice Graham won a top prize in the Iowa Lottery's $20 “MONOPOLY Doubler” scratch game. She purchased her winning ticket at BP, 720 Richmond Ave. in Ottumwa, and claimed her prize Friday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
