With a nod to the first ever scratch ticket sold by the Iowa Lottery, we're throwing it back to the '80s with a modern twist to the original Scratch, Match & Win! scratch ticket.
Lottery sales of the original Scratch, Match & Win! scratch game began in August 1985 at none other than the Iowa State Fair. It cost $1 and had a top prize of $5,000.
The new Scratch, Match & Win! scratch game, which began distribution at lottery retailers on June 3, costs $5 and
has eight top prizes of $50,000.
Get out your coins and put that scratching arm to work! Can you feel the burn win? You can enter your nonwinning Scratch, Match & Win! scratch tickets into your VIP Club account for
your chance to win an Iowa State Fair concert prize package in this new Play It Again® promotion. Winners will be drawn July 22!
Then, any entries not selected as a winner in the concert entry period will be rolled into a cash prize entry period. PLUS, keep on entering because more entries means more opportunities to win
cash in the final entry period! In honor of our 40th year, we are giving 40 winners $1,000, 10 winners $4,000, and a grand prize of $100,000 will go to one lucky VIP Club member! Enter before
10 a.m. September 17 for a chance to be one of 51 winners.

How to Enter
1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member. You must be a member to enter this promotion.
2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google
Play Store or the Apple App Store.
3. SCAN NONWINNING SCRATCH, MATCH & WIN! SCRATCH TICKETS. Using the app, log into your VIP Club account, choose the "Enter Drawings" tab, then
the "Scratch, Match & Win!" button that has your concert listed on it. Scan the square bar code in the "Scratch 2 Cash" area of the eligible scratch ticket and
click "Submit."
4. OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the scratch ticket numbers in the promotion at ialottery.com.
Choose the "Enter Here" button above, log in to your account and enter the required ticket information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The eligible ticket is a nonwinning $5 Scratch, Match & Win! scratch ticket (game #760).
- For the concert drawings, you can only win one prize package per concert date. The highest value prize will be awarded upon duplicate player drawn.
- For the cash drawings, you can win only one cash prize.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
