2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

3. SCAN NONWINNING CASH FRENZY SCRATCH TICKETS. After logging in to your VIP Club account in the app, and choosing the "Enter Drawings" tab and "Wolves Basketball" button, you can use a smartphone or tablet to enter by scanning any of the square bar codes on your tickets.

OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the Cash Frenzy in the promotion. Choose the "Enter Here" button above and log into the VIP Club, then click the "Wolves Basketball” Promotion button to enter the required ticket information..
