CLIVE, Iowa — A Waterloo man has won a $10,000 lottery prize.

Lawrence Hill Sr. won the second top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Money Bag Doubler" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Prime Vape & Tobacco, 508 Broadway St. in Waterloo, and claimed his prize Tuesday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.

Money Bag Doubler is a $2 scratch game that features five top prizes of $10,000 and overall odds of 1 in 3.81. For more information about this game, and the number of prizes still available, visit www.ialottery.com.
