dollars with a chance to compete for more in three rounds! One player who makes it to the final round will have a chance at winning up to $5 million and will be guaranteed to go home

Grandstand Concert Experiences - Two Entry Periods and Draw Dates
From April 16 until 9:59 a.m. on June 5, 2024, VIP Club members can submit their nonwinning Iowa State Fair scratch tickets for a chance to see their
favorite Grandstand performer live! With seat options from the concert pit to the VIP spectator deck, we have something for everyone!
Concert Prize Packages include:
- Two (2) Concert tickets
- Two (2) Fair admission tickets
- One (1) Fair parking pass
- $100 cash for spending money
Winners from the first drawing will be on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Prizes include:

Beginning 10:00 a.m. on June 5, until 9:59 a.m. on July 16, 2024, VIP Club members will have another chance at these additional Grandstand concerts.

How to Win Your Prize on a Stick!
1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member. You must be a member to enter this promotion.
2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google
Play Store or the Apple App Store.
3. SCAN NONWINNING IOWA STATE FAIR TICKETS. After logging in to your VIP Club account in the app, and choosing "Enter Drawings," tap the "Fair Fever" button.
You can use a smartphone or tablet to enter by scanning any of the square bar codes on the eligible InstaPlay ticket or by scanning the square bar code
in the "scratch to cash" area of the eligible scratch ticket and hit submit.
OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the Iowa State Fair scratch ticket numbers. Choose the "Enter Here" button above and log into the VIP Club, then click the
"Fair Fever" button to enter the required ticket information
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The eligible ticket is a nonwinning $5 Iowa State Fair scratch ticket.
- You can enter multiple tickets in the drawing, but you can only win one concert prize package per concert date and only one finalist spot for the game show. The highest value concert prize package for the concert date will be awarded.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
