How to Win $10,000!
1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member. You must be a member to enter this promotion.
2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. You can download the LotteryPlus app at Google
Play Store or the Apple App Store.
3. SCAN ELIGIBLE TICKETS. After logging in to your VIP Club account in the app, and choosing "Enter Drawings," tap the "MONOPOLY Second Chance" button.
You can use a smartphone or tablet to enter by scanning any of the square bar codes on the eligible InstaPlay ticket or by scanning the square bar code
in the "scratch to cash" area of the eligible scratch ticket and hit submit.
OR, YOU CAN MANUALLY ENTER the eligible InstaPlay ticket or scratch ticket numbers in the promotion. Choose the "Enter Here" button
above and log into the VIP Club, then click the "MONOPOLY Second Chance" button to enter the required ticket information.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The eligible tickets are a nonwinning $5 MONOPOLY 20X scratch ticket OR a $5 nonwinning MONOPOLY Game Tokens Progressive InstaPlay ticket purchased on or after March 20, 2024.
- You can enter multiple tickets in the drawing, but you can win only one prize in the promotion.
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
