CLIVE, Iowa — A Nebraska man has won a $10,000 Iowa Lottery prize on a ticket he purchased in Council Bluffs.

Kenneth McDonald of Omaha won a big prize in the $20 "MONOPOLY Doubler" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 3434 Nebraska Ave. in Council Bluffs, and claimed his prize Tuesday at the lottery's main office in Clive.
