Which tickets are eligible to be entered in the promotion?
Winning and nonwinning $2 or more Iowa Mega Millions® tickets purchased on or after July 17, 2023 are eligible for entry in this promotion. No other
Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Does my Mega Millions ticket have to be nonwinning to be entered in the promotion?
No, your Mega Millions ticket may be winning or nonwinning to be eligible for entry.
Will I get to choose the football game that I want to win tickets for?
Yes, when you enter your Iowa Mega Millions ticket, you'll be asked to select the football game package of your choice.
Prize Packages
What's included in the VIP Tailgate Experience prize package?
Prize packages will be awarded to 13 winners for the Sept. 2 game vs UNI. Each VIP Tailgate Experience prize package is valued at $645.62 and includes:
- Two stadium tickets to the Sept. 2 Iowa State vs. UNI football game at Jack Trice Stadium™
- Food, water and soda at the tailgate
- $100 spending cash
- Required state withholding tax paid on behalf of the winner
What's included in the VIP Suite Experience prize package?
Prize packages will be awarded to eight winners for the Sept. 9 game vs Iowa. Each VIP Suite Experience prize package is valued at $1,837.33 and includes:
- Two suite tickets to the Sept. 9 Iowa State vs. Iowa football game at Jack Trice Stadium™
- Food, water and soda in the suite
- $100 spending cash
- Required state withholding tax paid on behalf of the winner
What's included in the Home-Game Four-Ticket prize package?
One prize package will be awarded for each Iowa State home football game. Each home-game four-ticket prize package is valued at $516.68 and includes:
- Four stadium-seat tickets to the home game the winner chose when they made their entry
- One parking pass
- $100 spending cash
Can I win more than one football ticket prize package?
Yes, players can enter tickets in each of the football game drawings: for the VIP tailgate tickets, the VIP suite tickets and the home-game four-ticket prize packages.
A player could win one prize package for each game, but they cannot win more than one prize package for the same game.
Is there a cash option for the football ticket prize packages?
No, there is no cash option.
Are football ticket prize packages transferrable?
Football ticket package prizes will be awarded to the winners as drawn and posted on the Iowa Lottery website. Valid ID is required to claim a prize package.
Does my guest need to be 21 years of age or older?
No, there is no age restriction for guests.
