You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Iowa Lottery tickets and win a prize in this promotion.
How to Enter
1. JOIN THE FREE VIP CLUB, if you're not already a member.
2. THE EASIEST WAY TO ENTER IS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. Download the LotteryPlus app from Google Play or the App Store.
3. SCAN your tickets. After logging in to your VIP Club account, choose the "Enter Drawings" tab and "Instantly a Cyclone™"
button, use your mobile device’s camera to enter by scanning the square bar codes at the bottom of your ticket.
- OR MANUALLY ENTER ON A WEB BROWSER. Choose the "Enter Here" button on the promotion page,
log into your VIP Club account, then click the "Instantly a Cyclone” Promotion image and enter the required ticket information.
Which tickets are eligible for the promotion?
Nonwinning Iowa State Cyclone™ InstaPlay tickets are eligible for
entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
Do I need to keep my ticket after I enter it?
You do not have to keep your ticket to be eligible to win a promotion prize.

Can I win multiple prizes?
If a player has entries into both VIP Suite Experiences for each game against either West Virginia or Cincinnati, and is drawn as a winner
in both drawings, they could attend both games.
How are winners notified if they have won?
Results will be posted to the website and mobile app. Winners will be notified by the email address that they used for their VIP Club
account.
How do I claim my prize if I’ve won?
Winners will need to fill out an Iowa Lottery Claim Form, W9 and submit an ID for verification. The prize winners for our drawings will
be sent a notification email to their VIP Club email address from an official lottery email with special instructions for claiming
their prize with these details.
Will I have to pay taxes on the prize if I win?
State of Iowa required income tax withholding is paid by Iowa Lottery on behalf of the player for the value of the prize packages.
