What is the Prize Zone?
Prize Zone is a virtual club where the fun never stops, and there's always something new and exciting happening! It's a special part of the
VIP Club that'll make the VIP experience even "VIP-i-er"!
What prizes can I win in the Prize Zone?
VIP Club members can enter ongoing Prize Zone promotions for cash, technology, Lottery tickets, gift cards and experiential prizes.
Which tickets can I use to enter Prize Zone promotions?
Eligible tickets for entry into Prize Zone promotions will vary, and not all tickets are eligible.
Can I enter my ticket more than once?
No, each eligible ticket will receive only one entry in a promotion drawing.
How can I get more information about upcoming Prize Zone promotions?
Check the Prize Zone page for more information. Be sure to check back often
to see what's coming up so you can save the designated tickets to enter.
How are winners notified if they have won?
Winners will be notified by the email that they use for their VIP Club account.
I'm getting an error that my ticket number is not valid. What should I do?
There are a few things we ask people to do when this occurs:
- For scratch or InstaPlay tickets, be sure the ticket is not a winner. If the ticket is a winner, it will come up as an invalid entry.
- For Lotto tickets, such as Powerball, both winning and nonwinning tickets are eligible for entry, but normally there will be a purchase by date to be eligible to enter that ticket.
- Double-check the numbers you are entering to be sure they are correct and that you have all the boxes filled in.
- If you are not sure which numbers to enter, check the "Trouble finding your entry codes" area and click on the appropriate link
(Scratch ticket, InstaPlay ticket or Lotto ticket, depending on the game) on the page where you enter the drawing within the VIP Club.
How often can I enter a promotion?
You can make 40 attempts to enter tickets in a promotion(s) per day. After midnight your account will reset, and you can enter more tickets at that time.

Which tickets are eligible?
Winning or nonwinning Iowa Lottery Powerball tickets purchased on or after June 21, 2026 and have not been previously
entered in an Iowa Lottery promotion are eligible for entry in this promotion. No other Iowa Lottery tickets are eligible for entry in this promotion.
I’m entering my Powerball ticket numbers, but I’m getting an error message, why is that happening?
First, be sure that the ticket was purchased on or after June 21, 2026 – the date on your tickets reads YYYYMMDD. Second, double-check the numbers you
are entering to be sure they are correct and that you have all the boxes filled in. If you are not sure which numbers to enter,
click here to view a lotto ticket example which shows where the numbers are located.
My ticket has multiple plays and/or draws on it. Does each one count as entries into my account?
No, each Powerball ticket = one entry, in only one promotion, regardless of the amount of plays or draws on the ticket. If you buy multiple plays and/or
draws within the duration of this promotion and want to include them as entries, have them printed on multiple tickets if you’d like each one to count
as an entry.
Do I need to keep my ticket after I enter it?
You do not need to keep your tickets after you’ve entered them into the promotion. However, if the Powerball jackpot drawing has yet to occur, or if your
ticket is a winner that you need to redeem, you will need to keep your ticket for prize redemption.
What is all included in the prize package?
Disc Golf VIP Experience – Pickard Park, Indianola, Aug. 7-9 (valued over $1,300) includes
- Two (2) VIP full-tournament access (all rounds) to the Discmania Challenge with premium fairway viewing areas
- Ability to follow cards of your choice
- Meet and greet opportunity for two with World Champion, Gannon Buhr (date and time TBD)
- Commemorative event merchandise and two exclusive co-branded shirts
- One (1) VIP parking at the course
- Access to hospitality tents
- Two (2) admission tickets to the National Balloon Classic in Indianola

The prize package includes the required state income tax withholding paid on the value of the prize.
How do I claim my prize and when is the deadline to claim?
Claim documents can be completed in person at an Iowa Lottery region office or via the Iowa Lottery’s electronic claim process. Prizes must be claimed by
4:00 p.m. on Aug. 5, 2026.
How will winners receive the event tickets?
Tickets to the event and parking passes are electronic and will be mailed to the winners’ VIP Club email.

I can't find the 10-digit number I need to enter from the front of my ticket. Can you help?
Scratch off all of the scratch material in the play area toward the bottom of the ticket under where it says WIN UP TO $20,000 box to uncover the 10-digit number needed for manual entry.
What is all included in the prize packages?
Iowa Cubs Home Plate Seats – Iowa Cubs vs. St. Paul Saints, Sunday, July 12 (valued at $774.43) includes:

Will I get to choose which concert I want to attend?
Yes, players can choose from four options when they enter a ticket. Each nonwinning $100 Stacked scratch ticket is one entry.
Is it possible to win multiple prize packages?
Yes, if a player enters with multiple tickets into multiple games, it would be possible to win more than one prize package. However, a player can only win one Iowa Cubs prize package.
How do I claim my prize and when is the deadline to claim?

I can't find the 10-digit number I need to enter from the front of my ticket. Can you help?
Scratch off all of the scratch material in the play area toward the bottom of the ticket under where it says WIN UP TO $50,000 box to uncover the 10-digit number
needed for manual entry.
My Bonus Cash Doubler scratch ticket is not a winner, but when I try to enter it, I get an error message saying the ticket number is not valid, why is that?
This is a unique scratch ticket and has an additional play area on the back of the ticket. Be sure you check to see if you’ve won a prize on the back.
