WHO: Iowa Lottery officials will introduce the winner who bought a ticket at a Dubuque store and won a record $40.03 million Lotto America® jackpot. It's the largest prize ever offered in the game.
WHAT: The winning ticket has been validated at lottery headquarters in Clive. It matched all six numbers in the Lotto America drawing on April 1 to win that night's jackpot.
