$10,000-Winning Lottery Ticket Purchased In Marshalltown

Louisiana Man Claims Big Prize In 'The Perfect Gift' Game

CLIVE, Iowa — A Louisiana man has won a $10,000 Iowa Lottery prize on a ticket he purchased in Marshalltown.

Aaron Strother of Glenmora, La., won the fifth prize of $10,000 in "The Perfect Gift" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Casey's, 108 Iowa Ave. W. in Marshalltown, and claimed his prize Monday at lottery headquarters in Clive.

The Perfect Gift is a $20 scratch game that features 13 top prizes of $25,000, 16 prizes of $10,000 and overall odds of 1 in 2.64. For more information about this game and the number of prizes still available, visit ialottery.com.
