James Nuss won the sixth top prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Lucky Cherries" scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Happy's Wine & Spirits, 5925 University Ave. in Cedar Falls, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery's Cedar Rapids regional office.
